I really have enjoyed this experience with them. Jeremy is so comforting and detail oriented. They made this as relaxed as they could for me while they dealt with the stuff that would give me anxiety. It’s such a sensitive topic, being sick…and Jeremy does his best to show empathy and provide a safe place. My hearing is coming up and I’m confident he will do his very best for me. Whatever happens, I will hold him and the staff in good regards. This process isn’t easy but they hold your hand the whole way. I trust them.
